橋架直線段之間、直線段與彎通、變徑直通之間的連接件，應(yīng)采用橋架制造廠配套的連接件。連接件薄鋼板厚度不應(yīng)小于橋架薄鋼板厚度。

The connectors between the straight-line sections of the bridge, between the straight-line section and the elbow and reducer shall be the connectors matched by the bridge manufacturer. The thickness of thin steel plate of connector shall not be less than that of bridge.

接口應(yīng)平整，無(wú)扭曲、凸起和凹陷，連接用的半園頭鍍鋅螺栓，半園頭應(yīng)在橋架內(nèi)側(cè)，螺栓長(zhǎng)度適當(dāng)，擰緊之后，露出長(zhǎng)度以2～5牙為宜。水平安裝的橋架，其直線段的連接頭，應(yīng)盡量設(shè)在兩個(gè)支吊架之間的1/4左右處。

一般情況下不在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制作橋架。由于特殊原因時(shí)，可利用現(xiàn)有的橋架改制非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)彎通和變徑直通。

改制和切斷直線段橋架時(shí)，均不得用氣、電焊切割，應(yīng)用專用切割工具。改制的橋架一定要平整，及時(shí)補(bǔ)漆，面漆顏色應(yīng)與其它橋架相近。

When reforming and cutting the straight-line bridge, gas and electric welding shall not be used for cutting, and special cutting tools shall be used. The restructured bridge must be flat and repaired in time, and the finish color should be similar to that of other bridges.

橋架跨越建筑物的伸縮縫處，按GB50168規(guī)定，應(yīng)設(shè)置伸縮縫，保證橋架及敷設(shè)在橋架內(nèi)的電纜在建筑物伸縮不危及其本身時(shí)能自由伸縮，不受損壞。

At the expansion joints where the bridge crosses the building, expansion joints shall be set according to the provisions of GB50168 to ensure that the bridge and the cables laid in the bridge can expand freely without damage when the expansion of the building does not endanger itself.

若發(fā)現(xiàn)或從土建單位了解到建筑物伸縮縫較大有可能超過(guò)L時(shí)，應(yīng)按實(shí)際做好伸縮處理。

If it is found or learned from the civil engineering unit that the expansion joint of the building is large and may exceed L, the expansion treatment shall be carried out according to the actual situation.

要跨越伸縮縫的橋架少一側(cè)有較長(zhǎng)的直線段，宜超過(guò)30m，或伸縮縫兩側(cè)直線段橋架相加有30m，中間無(wú)水平或垂直彎通。以便于在橋架中留電纜(或電線)的伸縮余量，這個(gè)余量應(yīng)大于伸縮縫寬L。
